SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

US Shipping Information

It will normally take 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information.

We ship all orders from within the US

Free on orders of $50 and over. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) is 3-7 business days.

International Shipping Information

Shipping costs to all other non-continental US destinations are based on weight. You will be notified of shipping costs during checkout.

US Returns Policy

We accept returns on new and gently used products within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original box.

To initiate a return please email us at customercare@delugecosmetics.com and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Please note a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Your funds will be refunded to the original payment method for your convenience.

International Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on international orders, and they are not refundable. Please note that once an international order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
